Statement on the policy of PROMSINTEZ, JSC in the field of industrial safety
This industrial safety policy has been developed on the basis of the requirements for the documentation support of the industrial safety management system approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 17, 2020 No. 1243 "On approval of the requirements for the documentation support of industrial safety management systems" and defines the priority areas of activity in the field of industrial safety at the moment and the future development of the enterprise.
Promsintez, JSC, carrying out its production activities, first of all, strives to create safe working conditions, exclude from practice cases of violations of industrial safety standards, prevent threats to the life and health of employees, reduce the risk of accidents at hazardous production facilities.
Goals and obligations of PROMSINTEZ, JSC to reduce the risk of accidents at hazardous production facilities
- To develop documents on the organization and planning of activities and works carried out within the framework of the industrial safety management system to reduce the risk of accidents at hazardous production facilities;
- To use financial resources and other resources for the rigorous execution of works and measures effectively to reduce the risk of accidents at hazardous production facilities;
- To comply with all legal requirements applicable to our activities, regulatory legal acts and regulatory and technical documents in the field of industrial safety;
- To develop and apply the industrial safety management system effectively;
- To develop professional skills, constantly improve the qualifications and competence of staff to achieve the best results in their activities;
- To increase the effectiveness of measures to ensure industrial safety of hazardous production facilities and to prevent possible deviations from the specified requirements;
- To constantly identify sources of danger and harm to the health and lives of workers associated with production and to take measures to eliminate them or mitigate their actions.
PROMSINTEZ, JSC's obligations to consult with employees of hazardous production facilities and their representatives on industrial safety issues
- To accept and consider applications, complaints, suggestions and questions from employees of hazardous production facilities and their representatives on industrial safety issues;
- To inform employees of hazardous production facilities and their representatives on the measures taken on their appeals;
- To take into account the appeals of employees of hazardous production facilities and their representatives and analyze the measures taken to correct the identification of hazards and assess the risk of emergency situations;
- To timely inform employees of hazardous production facilities about new regulations and other documents in the field of industrial safety;
- To constantly train employees in the field of special industrial safety requirements.
- To bring to the attention of employees of hazardous production facilities about responsibility for violation of industrial safety requirements.
PROMSINTEZ, JSC's obligations to improve the industrial safety management system
- To create and maintain a local regulatory framework, organizational structure and financing mechanisms for the industrial safety management system, which is part of the general management system of PROMSINTEZ, JSC, based on constantly improving norms, standards and technical regulations;
- To review the industrial safety management system, taking into account new regulations on industrial safety and constantly improving norms, standards of the enterprise and technological regulations;
- To develop and implement action plans to ensure industrial safety, provide financing for activities aimed at the operation of hazardous production facilities in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents;
- To constantly improve technological processes and equipment to reduce production risks, as well as environmental impacts, based on the development of science, technology and innovation.
- To monitor compliance with industrial safety requirements by employees of the enterprise when performing work, motivate remuneration based on the results of control;
- To determine and establish industrial safety requirements in contracts when selecting suppliers and contractors in accordance with this Policy and assist them in meeting industrial safety requirements.
By accepting this Statement, we aim to constantly develop and improve the industrial safety system as a tool for implementing the Obligations of this policy, as well as to promote the creation of an atmosphere in which the employees of PROMSINTEZ, JSC will share our commitment to ensuring industrial safety at hazardous production facilities.
The top management of the enterprise understands and assumes full responsibility for ensuring the personal interest of each employee as a result of their work and creating favorable conditions for the functioning of the industrial safety system and its continuous improvement, providing conditions for its implementation, including the necessary resources, bringing the content of this policy to each employee of PROMSINTEZ, JSC.
