The emulsion composition is designed for manual loading of dry and watered wells with a diameter of at least 120 mm in open-pit mining operations at ambient temperatures from -50 to + 50 ° C.
The emulsion composition is used for explosive crushing of rocks with a strength of up to 14 on the scale of Prof. M.M. Protodyakonova. For crushing rocks with a strength of more than 14 can be used if the effectiveness of its use is confirmed by experimental explosions

The UN number is 0331. The number of the emergency card containing safety measures in case of emergency situations in railway transport is 115, in road transport - 5. The code of emergency measures applicable to transportation by road is 24E.
The emulsion composition is packed according to the requirements of GOST R 51615 in boxes made of sheet wood materials according to OST 84-1073, in boxes made of corrugated cardboard in accordance with the requirements of OST 84-2210-85.
